This page is about vayash-studio.com, which is a website and nothing more. Each app the studio publishes has its own, far longer privacy policy, linked from that app’s own site.

What this site asks of you

Nothing. There is no account to create, no contact form, no newsletter and no comments. Every page you can reach from the studio home page sets no cookies of any kind and stores nothing on your device, which is why you are not being shown a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

What happens anyway

Two things happen automatically whenever any website is opened, and both involve your IP address:

• Hosting. This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To send you a page at all, Cloudflare receives your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser’s user-agent string and the time of the request, and keeps short-lived security and operations logs of that.
• Visitor statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and which pages get read. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint or follow individual visitors across sites or over time.

Both rest on our legitimate interest in running a secure website and knowing, in aggregate, whether anyone is reading it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Nothing here ties a visit to a person.

Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Where data reaches the United States, that transfer rests on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and on Cloudflare’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The studio dashboard

/dev_dashboard is an internal business tool used by one person: the operator of this studio. It is not linked from anywhere on this site and there is nothing in it for a visitor. It holds no information about visitors to this site, and none about the users of any app — it reads only anonymous, aggregated counts, and the data behind it is unreachable without signing in.

Signing in there stores a session token on that one person’s own device. That is strictly necessary to keep someone logged in, applies to nobody browsing this site, and is the only exception to the sentence above about cookies.

Your rights and who to ask

You can ask what we hold, have it corrected or erased, object to its use, and complain to a data protection authority — ours is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz. Write to privacy@fit-realm.app.
